Delivery & Returns

  We can deliver UK Nationwide on the date of your choice, our standard price for UK Mainland delivery is only £7 per order so whether you order one or five of our collections the price remains the same. (Delivery to Scottish islands and Northern Ireland costs £16)

We use City Link couriers to deliver your order to you to ensure that your fantastic plants will arrive looking as good as they did when they left us. You can call City Link directly on 08444 930 932 or go to their website http://www.city-link.co.uk/index.html

Unlike many plant companies we give you the choice to nominate the exact date and address of when and where you would like your order to go to which we hope will make delivery even easier and ensures that the plants are delivered successfully first time.

We provide space for you to provide our couriers with alternative delivery instructions such as “Can be left with a neighbour” or “Leave safe in porch if out” this simply means that we are able to deliver to you without a signature if necessary. Each and every package is packed to order on the day of its dispatch in a custom box that has been specially designed for us to ensure your plants have a safe trip from ourselves to their final destination.

Returns Policy
Each and every order is hand packed on the day of its dispatch to ensure that we only ever send out to you the very best quality plants. Through our hand packing we can ensure that your order will arrive in the very best condition however on the rare occasion that this is not the case we request that you call us within 7 days of receipt to inform us of any problems as well providing a photo so that there is no doubt to the condition of the plant when it arrived with you. We simply request that you return the plants to us within 28 days after contacting us either by phone or email. Once we have received the photo from yourself and ascertained the problem, we can then look at arranging a replacement to be sent to the original delivery address and collect the original plants.

Please keep  in mind that our plants will all look different at any time in the year and so in winter many deciduous plants for example will look like bare sticks where are in the summer will arrive green, bushy and full of life.

We will not cover the costs of returning an item to us. The plants must be returned to us in the same condition as they arrived, if they arrive damaged or are not in their original packaging we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value. 

Cancelling your order
To cancel your order, please either e-mail at orders@plantsdelivered.co.uk or call us on 020 76270800 with details of your order. If you cancel after your order once it has been dispatched a delivery charge may still apply.
